Q Are Entertainment passes/wristbands included in the price?
A Yes these are included in the cost of your holiday except Arena Events where tickets are extra.
Q Is linen provided?
A If you are staying in one of the Gold Plus caravans (51, 52, 53 or 54) then bed linen only is provided with beds made up for your arrival in the other caravan no bed linen is provided, we supply quilts and pillows you need to bring sheets, quilt covers & pillow cases. You also need to bring your own towels and tea towels.
Q Can I book a Butlins Dining plan if I stay in a caravan?
A Yes these can be booked directly with Butlins 01643 703331 ask for Guest Services.
Q What time will my caravan be available and what time do I have to leave?
A You can check in at guest services from 4pm, and you must vacate the caravan by 10am on the day of departure. You can however use the Butlins facilities on the day of arrival from 12pm.
Q Where do I get my keys from?
A Once you have checked in at guest services make your way to the caravan, the keys are in boxes by the doors, you will have been given the code in your information we have sent to you. Please return keys to the box at the end of your stay. DO NOT return these to the Butlins Gate.
Q Can I use the sofa bed?
A If you are staying in one of the Gold Plus caravans (51, 52, & 54) we do not allow the sofa beds to be used.
Q Does the caravan have parking?
A All caravans have one numbered parking space.
Q Where is the nearest main line station?
A Taunton you would have to get the number 28 bus from Taunton to Butlins.
Q Can I bring my dog?
A No we do not allow pets.
